Engineer trafficinto revenue.
I design, build and test B2B acquisition systems that connect your signals to useful action, then improve through feedback from real outcomes.
Built with Hamid. On Clay and your existing stack.
Account fit. Product context. Ownership.
Explore a workflow. Every action feeds a reviewable loop.
My previous work spans pipeline generation for recruitment firms, B2B SaaS companies and a Google Ads agency, plus finding buyers and sellers for an M&A advisory client.
I lead the engineering, working with your subject experts and system owners from diagnosis through testing and handover.
One useful workflow.
A measurable place to start.
Start where signals fail to become action. Build a complete first loop, then expand when the evidence supports it.
Signup to sales
Find enterprise-fit accounts in your self-serve signups. Give Sales the context and ownership to act.
02Paid audience quality
Keep acquisition audiences current as accounts become customers, open opportunities or a poor fit.
03Attendee to sponsor intelligence
Connect registration data to a reviewed sponsor-account shortlist, with account context and clear ownership.
04Discovery call to CRM action
Turn discovery-call evidence into reviewed CRM updates and follow-up someone owns.
05US visitor activation
Review eligible US website signals against identity, account fit and conversion history before a sales handoff.
Each workflow has its own inputs, scope and acceptance checks. Explore the fit before choosing a build.
Your context.
A system your team can run.
I bring the engineering. Your team brings the business judgment, system access and feedback that make the workflow useful.
Diagnose the break
Review your current workflow, data and existing tools with the people who use them. Agree the baseline, receiving owner and a useful first result.
Build and test one loop
Connect the source, decision and destination using Clay and your stack. Test real examples, review exceptions and agree what is ready to release.
Measure, refine and hand over
Record accepted actions and later outcomes. Use reviewed evidence to test improvements, and leave your team with the configuration and operator instructions.
Built in your environment
You own the delivered code, configuration and operating records. Bespoke tools are added where the workflow needs them.
Scoped before kickoff
Agree inputs, limits, acceptance checks and a fixed service fee. Software licenses and usage are separate.
Support by agreement
Operator instructions are included. Training, ongoing operation and additional engineering are scoped to your needs.
Built to learn
from what happens next.
Feedback improves the rules behind the next decision. Your team reviews the changes before they reach the live workflow.
Capture outcomes
Record seller acceptance, rejected handoffs, corrected matches and opportunity progression.
Understand the signal
Separate a failed workflow from a wrong assumption. Keep the source evidence and unknowns visible.
Evaluate a change
Test a proposed update to targeting, qualification, prompts or routing against a baseline.
Release what holds up
Approve a useful change or keep the current version. Preserve the decision and a rollback reference.
A few practical
questions.
What does an engagement start with?
We begin with the workflow and a readiness check: the problem, source data, system access, baseline and receiving owner. If deeper investigation is needed, we scope a paid diagnostic. An outside-in snapshot can identify questions from public information; it cannot establish what is happening inside your systems.
How long does the first build take?
The proposed entry package is a 10-working-day build sprint after readiness is confirmed. We agree the completion date, record limits and review points before kickoff. Access delays or scope changes require a revised date. A separate 30-day observation window is operated by your team unless support is agreed; event projects follow the sponsorship sales window.
Do we need Clay and other software?
Clay is my main engine for enrichment, research and experimentation, connected to your existing tools. We verify the required capabilities in your environment first. You provide the workspaces, access, licenses and usage budget. Software costs and any media spend are separate from my service fee.
What does “learn from outcomes” mean?
Reviewed corrections and observed results inform proposed changes to matching, targeting, qualification and routing. We evaluate changes before release. Your team retains control, and client learning stays inside the agreed data boundary.
Who needs to be involved from our team?
A business owner, the people who judge and use the output, and the owners of the connected systems. Depending on the workflow, that may include Growth, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success or RevOps. We agree participation at each stage rather than assume a fixed time commitment.
Can you build beyond these five workflows?
Yes, when there is a defined need and a useful measure of success. Bespoke dashboards, integrations, reusable AI skills and workflow tools can be part of the agreed build. Recruitment client acquisition and candidate sourcing are separate workflows; candidate research, outreach and ATS connections require their own scope.
Where does your
system break?
Bring the workflow, the tools you use and the decision your team needs to make. We’ll work out a useful place to start.
Talk through your workflow Scope and service fee agreed before any build.
