Turn audience knowledge into
relevant sponsor conversations.
Connect event registrations to companies, audience fit and sponsor relevance. Give your sponsorship team a reviewed account shortlist with a reason to act.
Event organizers and sponsorship sales
One event · up to 500 registrations
Reviewed sponsor-account shortlist
The gap this workflow closes
A registration list tells you who signed up. It does not automatically explain which companies fit your sponsor offer, which relationships already exist or whether a contact owns a sponsorship budget.
When it is a useful fit
For B2B event organizers and sponsorship-led communities with permission to use registration data, defined sponsor inventory and an open sponsorship sales window. The commercial owner supplies the sponsor profile and reviews account relevance.
What your team receives
- Registration-to-company matching, with ambiguous records held for review.
- A sponsor-fit rubric tied to your actual audience and available inventory.
- A reviewed account shortlist with evidence and relationship context.
- An assigned next action and an evaluation tied to the sponsorship window.
Each build includes the relevant slice of your GTM Ontology: the shared definitions, qualification rules, messaging and reviewed lessons needed to operate this workflow.
How we judge the result
Measure company-match quality, reviewed sponsor relevance, seller acceptance and follow-up. Track sponsor conversations and later commercial outcomes using their own definitions. Attendance, account fit and sponsorship buying authority remain distinct.
How the workflow improves
Sponsorship-team corrections, rejected account reasons and observed conversations inform later account selection. The event’s sales window governs when there is enough evidence to review.
A bounded first build
One event and up to 500 registration records across replay and the initial intake test. One registration source, one CRM or existing commercial record system, and one task destination. Group candidate sponsor accounts by company, and agree sponsor criteria and the dated sponsorship window before kickoff. Additional events, outreach and sponsor sales need their own scope.
These are proposed limits, confirmed during scoping. The entry package is a 10-working-day build sprint after the readiness check, with one consolidated refinement round and a documented release or keep-the-baseline decision. We agree the completion date, quality thresholds and review points before kickoff.
Your team operates the separate 30-calendar-day observation window unless support is contracted. Event projects follow the dated sponsorship sales window. Additional engineering and review rounds are separately scoped.
