The gap this workflow closes

Signups arrive, usage grows, and promising accounts can stay hidden in self-serve adoption. Product activity alone does not explain whether an account fits your enterprise offer or who should follow up.

When it is a useful fit

For B2B SaaS with a self-serve product, a differentiated sales-assisted offer, usable account identifiers and a sales team ready to act. We check how signup, workspace and CRM records join before agreeing the build.

What your team receives

  • Account matching with a queue for uncertain identities.
  • Qualification against your agreed ICP, with evidence and exclusions.
  • A reviewed account brief, qualification reason and assigned sales owner.
  • A tested handoff, exception queue and measurement scorecard.

Each build includes the relevant slice of your GTM Ontology: the shared definitions, qualification rules, messaging and reviewed lessons needed to operate this workflow.

How we judge the result

We agree a baseline for account matching, reviewed qualification and seller acceptance. Later meetings and opportunities are tracked separately from delivered handoffs. Enterprise fit and product usage remain distinct signals.

How the workflow improves

Seller corrections, rejected handoffs and opportunity progression inform proposed changes to matching, qualification and routing. Changes are evaluated before release.

A bounded first build

One product and signup cohort, up to 500 input signup records across replay and the initial live test. One signup source, one existing product-event feed if needed, one CRM and one handoff route. Adoption-based qualification and expansion need their own scope.

These are proposed limits, confirmed during scoping. The entry package is a 10-working-day build sprint after the readiness check, with one consolidated refinement round and a documented release or keep-the-baseline decision. We agree the completion date, quality thresholds and review points before kickoff.

Your team operates the separate 30-calendar-day observation window unless support is contracted. Event projects follow the dated sponsorship sales window. Additional engineering and review rounds are separately scoped.
